JEREMIAH REISING

Indianapolis Colts super fan Jeremiah is the brain behind all of our Wordpress wizardry. You can always count on Jeremiah to bring in yummy snacks for the team (thanks, Simona) and to bring a smile to everyone's face with his dry humor.

AMBER SPRADLEY

Amber is our resident Tom-Brady-aficionado and SEO boss-lady. When she isn't plugged in to spinning up content or masterfully managing online advertising, you can find her hitting the books or dominating on the basketball court.

ALLISON BARBER

Allison is our business development and marketing maven. When she isn't working here at inSourceCode, she is playing mommy, wife, assistant to her Youth-Pastor-hubby and probably most importantly SHOPPING. With all of these hats, the size of her to-do list sometimes rivals that of her credit card statements after a long month of shopping.

MATT TUROW

Jedi Matt masterfully wields his laser-focused light saber and super-ninja coding powers to control the company's Inner Core. In other words, Matt magically creates all-things-good for our clients and wards off evil site bugs and errors. He also likes IU Basketball.

CHRIS BIRK

When Chris isn't coding and running our DC operations, you'll probably find him tinkering with his Apple gadgets (he has them all) or taking in all of the great things DC has to offer. On especially long days, he's sure to down a few 5-Hour Energies to keep the coding juices flowing. Chris is also our joy-riding aficionado - owning both a classic jeep and a motorcycle.

BROOKE McKINNEY

Brooke is our go-to design goddess. She's like your favorite aunt: always surprising you with way cooler stuff than you deserve. Not only is her eye impeccable, she also has a heart as big as her love for chocolate and wine.

JAYSON MANSHIP

Jayson (aka Lead Nerd) somehow seems to squeeze 34 hours into a 24-hour day. What does one do with those extra 10 hours after Skyping with clients, amping up the work environment (thanks for the Pop-a-Shot) and crafting business strategies? You will likely find Jayson reading, spending time with his beautiful wife and adorable pups, or hanging out with his family and church community.

STACIE PORTER BILGER

Stacie is our resident networking queen and helps direct our SEO team. When she enters the room, everyone takes notice because of she's so personable and knowledgeable (and she's a mom so she knows how to get things done). Stacie loves her two little ones and always has plenty of entertaining stories to keep the team in stitches - like how her youngest always manages to break all of her new Apple products.

TYLER BROOKS

Tyler is a fire-cracker of energy and enthusiasm. Pair that with his business-savvy and video skills and Tyler is one of the most dynamic individuals on our team. When he isn't shooting video or drafting story boards, Tyler can be found surfing the waves of social media and managing our SEO projects. He makes the long trek from Anderson, IN on the daily where he is studying to get his MBA. Wahoo, go Tyler!

KELLY O'ROARK

Kelly is a part of our SEO team. As Client Relations Manager and Content Wrangler (don't let the 4-inch heels, pretty face and designer clothes fool you, she can whip that content into shape). While juggling working as a model and voice-over talent on top of her 40-hour work week at inSourceCode, somehow Kelly still finds time to bake everyone cookies and other yummy treats (the chocolate covered strawberries were to-die-for) and remains the kindest person on the team.

KATIE GERRITY

Katie is our financial guru and project manager extraordinaire (read: she makes this place go). After she finishes writing checks, sending out invoices and making our clients happy campers, you can find her playing with her two sweet pups Wrigley and Sammie or trying to curb her caffeine habit (good luck Katie!).

BRAD ELSMORE

Brad is our ninja-coder-in-training but his Honda isn't the only thing souped up. Brad can spin up a site faster than he can make a large supreme pizza (and he's super-fast at that since he worked at a local pizza shop before joining the inSourceCode team)! Even though Brad is a student, it's not rare to find him working all hours of the night. He's the real deal.
